Job Responsibilities: (Pastry Dough Section / Hot Kitchen & Deep Fried Section)

Pastry Dough Section

  • To assist supervisor in pastry dough making
  • To assist supervisor in flattening the dough process
  • To shape and mold on the pastry dough
  • Perform quality check on the pastry dough to ensure it meet the standard (e.g weight and color)
  • Pack and arrange at the tray provided
  • Properly wrap and indicate the manufacturing date before store in the freezer
  • To assist supervisor on daily stock take for the raw ingredients

Hot Kitchen & Deep Fried Section

  • To assist superior in cooking preparation 
  • To assist cutting and washing raw ingredients
  • To handle kitchen appliance/tools with care
  • Scope the filling to the bowl provided
  • Properly wrap and indicate the manufacturing date before store in the freezer
  • To assist superior on cooking and packing for corporate order
  • Conduct intensive cleaning daily to ensure the section is clean and free from pest

Requirements:

  • Minimum primary education
  • Must possess a valid WSQ Follow Food & Beverage Safety and Hygiene Policies and Procedures

Relevant Experience:

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in related food manufacturing or commercial kitchens.
  • Preferably Operator/General Worker in Food Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent.
